The Encore Black is a box-pressed maduro, wrapped in Connecticut Broadleaf. Pre-lit, it has scents of dark bread, woody oak, and a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, the Encore Black is medium-bodied with flavors of toasted oak, earthiness, and leather. As the flavor develops, there is a spiciness of black pepper, cocoa, and a light espresso creaminess that comes through. The construction and burn are perfect all the way through from start to finish. Highly recommended.
