For 15 years, Casa Carrillo has been dedicated to creating cigars that embody passion, skill, and an unwavering commitment to quality. The release of the 15 Year Anniversary Cigar, a 6 1/2 x 54 Gran Toro with a meticulously formed cap, marks a milestone in our journey. This limited edition blend captures the essence of our dedication, reflecting the lessons we’ve learned, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the many achievements we’ve celebrated along the way.
The Components: A Masterpiece of Tobacco Selection
Wrapper: Born from the Mexican soil, the wrapper is from San Andres, aged for 10 years. Ernesto was so impressed with this wrapper’s texture and oiliness that he saved it specifically for this celebration.
Binder: A Jalapa aged 15 years from Nicaragua adds a distinct layer of complexity and subtlety. This binder complements the rich profile of the cigar. On top of the complexity it provides, expect a binder that stays lit, allowing you to take your time and enjoy without having to relight. It takes this blend to another level.Â
Filler: We have strategically curated a core of 8 filler tobaccos, including a Criollo 98 Ligero from Estelà and a Corojo 99 Ligero from La Canela Dominican Republic. Additionally, a Jalapa Seco and a Condego Viso both from Nicaragua round out the blend and add an unforgettable personality. These fillers have also been aged between 5-7 years, ensuring a harmonious and refined smoking experience.

It’s being limited to 5,000 boxes (3,500 for the U.S. market, 1,500 for international shops), each containing 15 cigars.

As the proud owner of box #2731, I can tell you that this cigar may be EPC’s best! The wrapper, band and overall appearance of the cigar is spectacular. As for it’s packaging, over the top. However, the true pleasure is in smoking this cigar and appreciating why EPC continues to deliver some of the finest cigars on the market. Happy 15th Anniversary!

It took 15 years of EPC Cigars and a lifetime of work by EPC himself but boy oh boy… this cigar is WORTH THE WAIT!
One of the most well-balanced, smooth-smoking cigars I have ever experienced. Rich and earthy with so many subtleties of spice and cream coming wave after wave. Get your hands on this ASAP and THANK YOU EPC for another legendary smoke!
